These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the application « Lunaria Phase »
(hereinafter the "Application"). By using the Application, you accept these terms without
reservation.
1. Services and Functionalities
The Application provides astronomical data calculations and visualizations based on the
observer's position and time:
- Calculation of lunar phases and eclipses.
- Rise, meridian passage, and set times for the Sun and the Moon.
- Local map with Sun & Moon trajectories.
- 3D Sun & Moon trajectories.
- Advanced features for the Premium version (Azimuth, altitude,
constellations, astronomical clock, etc...).
2. Limitation of Liability
While the Application strives to provide accurate data based on astronomical algorithms, the
information is provided "as is".
- Accuracy: Calculations depend on parameters provided by the user or their
device (position, time zone). We do not guarantee absolute accuracy for critical uses.
- Availability: We cannot be held responsible for service interruptions or
calculation errors due to technical bugs or hardware limitations.
- Notifications: Notifications are scheduled to help you prepare for events,
but their actual reception depends on the operating system settings.
3. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the Application, including but not limited to texts, graphics, lunar
phase icons, interfaces, and source code, are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any
reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on several third-party providers to function:
- Mapping, Geocoding, and Geographical Data:
- Google Maps & Places
- MapBox
- Apple Maps & Geocoding
- Lima Labs
- OpenStreetMap
- GeoNames
- Hosting: Firebase Hosting
- Advertising: Google AdMob
The use of these services is subject to the respective terms of use of these third parties.
5. Premium Version
Access to certain advanced features requires the paid version.
- Transactions are processed exclusively via official platforms (Microsoft Store, Google Play
Store).
- Refund procedures and purchase management are governed by the terms of these application
stores.
6. Privacy
Protecting your personal data is a priority. Use of the Application is
subject to our

7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to adapt to developments in the
